This tournament is scheduled for January 14, 2017 at the Palmetto Shooting Complex, 535 Gary Hill Road, in Edgefield. Coach Mark needs to know if you WILL or WILL NOT be participating by this Thursday morning.

GOLF CARTS
GOLF CART SERVICES is our official golf cart sponsor. Carts must be reserved and are available on a first come, first served basis. Please visit their website, then select the rental tab and click on SC YOUTH SHOOTING FOUNDATION. PLEASE DO NOT CALL THE CLUB FOR GOLF CART RENTALS. Also, please be mindful of the # of golf carts following 1 squad.
PARKING
Please adhere to the parking rules of the club and follow the instruction of the staff, vehicles with trailers will park in designated areas just as vehicles with no trailers will have designated areas.
FOOD VENDOR
HOG HEAVEN is our official food sponsor, they will have a variety of items for purchase such as BBQ, chicken, please note they accept only CASH.
T-SHIRTS
Each athlete receives 1 t-shirt per season. Others may be purchased ($20 each). Please note the HEAD COACH (or his/her designee) will pick up shirts for the TEAM. Please do not send individual athletes in to pick up his/her shirt.
EVENT DAY CHECK-IN
Opens at 7:00 a.m. the HEAD COACH (or his/her designee) will take care of check-in for the TEAM, individual athletes and/or coaches do not need to check-in at the registration table, entry fee is $75/athlete and is payable at check-in, check preferred (one from team), no credit cards.
ROTATION TIMES
Below is a chart showing the rotation, coaches and safety meeting times, the Head Coach will register all squads following the rule that those teams within 1 1⁄2 – 2 hours of the course must choose the 1st or 2nd rotation, SCYSF reserves the right to move teams between rotations.
THE COACHES’ MEETING AND SAFETY MEETING ARE BOTH MANDATORY. SHOULD A COACH NOT ATTEND THE COACHES MEETING, HIS SQUAD WILL BE DISQUALIFIED. SHOULD AN ATHLETE NOT ATTEND THE SAFETY MEETING, HE/SHE CANNOT PARTICIPATE FOR THIS EVENT.
